PROCESS DESCRIPTION: 
Embark on a unique coffee journey featuring an extraordinary fermentation process with alcohol and a twist of CO2 injection, producing intense and elegant flavors. Following this, the coffee gracefully dries for an extended 30-day period on shaded beds, pausing for a 5-day pre-stabilization break along the way. The grand finale unfolds with a glorious 45-day stabilization period, culminating in meticulous milling to present a polished and flavor-rich coffee experience that is sure to dazzle your taste buds.
