But it was 12 years ago when Oscar's mom took the plunge and bought the farm, setting the stage for their coffee journey. And guess what? Oscar was hooked from day one! About 7 years back, Oscar decided to spice things up. They started planting all sorts of funky varieties like Gesha and Borbons, breaking away from the traditional coffee scene. And you know what? It totally paid off! Their small-batch approach allowed them to craft some seriously amazing cups of joe. Now, Oscar and the fam are like local celebs in Apia. Not only are their coffees getting all the love, but they're also leading the charge in putting specialty coffee on the map for their neighbors and beyond!
