Now, Villa Betulia boasts over 20 varieties, and not a single one is your run-of-the-mill type. It's like a coffee carnival out there.

 So, here's the deal with this coffee: it goes on a wild ride! First, it takes a dip in tanks filled with water for a cool 84 hours. After that, it's all about finding that perfect moisture balance, so it chills out in cherry form for a cozy 30 days. Talk about a coffee adventure, right?
