 Discover the magic behind Colombia’s green beans. In February 2025, we’re launching the first-ever VERGEL EXPERIENCE, a hands-on fermentation workshop at our farm in Fresno, Tolima, Colombia.

If you are a roaster, this if for you! CREATE YOUR OWN COFFEE: pick, sort, process, dry and roast your own cherries, experiencing firsthand how each step shapes the final roast profile. - You will need to arrive to Bogotá, February 1st and book a hotel for that night, our recommendation: NH Hotel World Trade Center.

What is included in the experience?

- Guided fermentation experiment (including all the tools to pick, process, dry and roast a batch of your own coffee).

- Shared accommodation at the famous El Vergel
farmhouse (Accommodation covers from February 2nd till afternoon of February 8th).

- Educational workshops about farming, processing and roasting.

- Internal transport in Colombia, from Bogotá to Fresno, Tolima in the morning of February 2 and return from Fresno to Bogotá in the afternoon of February 8.
