El Recreo farm has managed to pass more than three generations in my family, my parents have been growing different varieties for more than 40 years, but they never focused on the number of processes that there are to explore. In 2016 I made the decision to study agrobiotechnology, to be able to take advantage of and exploit the quality of the coffees in Boyacá, initially focusing on roasting and selling them in the area. Year after year I continued training until in 2021 I made the decision with the support of my girlfriend to improve the coffees that we already produced and export them, managing to reach Canada. In the last year, we perfected the processes through experiments, creating unique coffees and great expectations to continue producing extraordinary flavors.
