Santiago is a coffee maker by tradition, his father taught him the discipline to work on the farm: his family is made up of his father, his mother and his sister, with whom he also shares the work of the farm. Since 2012 and thanks to its vision began to produce special coffees.  According to Santiago the variety Caturra Chiroso occurred naturally in the sidewalk where he has the farm (sidewalk San carlos) what makes it different is that the tree has lanceolate leaves with very wavy edges "frizzy", also the quality of this coffee with floral notes and yellow fruits. His dream is to guarantee a good future for his family and the people who work on his farm, he knows that this desire will only be able to carry out producing better coffees with more innovation.
