Sara is a coffee grower from Buenavista, Quindío and she has a very interesting story. It's a family that has been in the coffee world for four generations! Imagine all the stories and experiences they must have accumulated over the years. About 9 years ago, they decided to shake things up and start experimenting with different processes. They wanted to bring out the best in coffee in a more natural and authentic way. So, they got to work, and boy, did they succeed! They discovered techniques that not only improved the taste of coffee but also took care of the environment and the community. Now, they are determined to keep moving forward, improving every day, and leaving their mark on the history of coffee. How inspiring!
